IMPLEMENTATION

Too often, organizations concentrate on identifying what interventions are needed, leaving implementation to just happen.  Yet, changes and improvements cannot be realized unless the needed interventions are properly installed.  Implementation involves partnering with client staff on-the-job to insure interventions are up and running within the work environment.  In so doing, internal staff become the owners and maintainers of improvements which supports sustainability. 

GFWCS staff are trained in facilitating various programs/sessions and have the skills needed to engage and involve client staff, thus working with them rather than doing for them.
