DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT
The Diagnostic Assessment collects, validates, and analyzes the critical data needed to make accurate decisions and direct changes toward those improvements that will have the greatest impact on results. The Diagnostic Assessment is a resource organizations can rely on to guide their actions to achieve the goals they must reach to succeed and grow.
An array of state-of-the-art techniques, such as Diagnostic Surveys, Structured Interviews, Critical Incident Observations, Q-Sort Analysis, and Cognitive Maps, are available to be custom-designed for each client so the results of a Diagnostic Assessment will provide:

- Clarification of existing missions/visions/goals and strategic plans in relation to desired targets or outcomes - what does the organization want to accomplish?
- A clear definition of current conditions, including known problems as well as those hidden and ready to surface, and identification of opportunities This component establishes the baseline for change and measurement.
- Proposed recommendations for changes/improvements with priority options and details on what can be completed internally with minimal direction, and when outside resources would be most cost effective.
- Risk Analysis to identify the cost of maintaining conditions as they currently are.
- Anticipated impact and/or return-on-investment of recommendations.
- Action Plan that provides real-time performance feedback, the ability to take corrective actions, and the tools to improve performance. The Action Plan must be self-sustaining in an ever-changing organization.
