Developmental Sessions

In an effort to offer our clients options on how they approach performance improvements, GFWCS has available a number of developmental sessions.  Each of these follow a structured process but client staff is actively and thoroughly involved so improvements are the result of their actions.  Therefore, no two organizations will have the same plans or results so that what is done relates to the individual needs of each participant and their organization.

The following series was developed by a team led by Dr. Roger M. Addison, an internationally respected practitioner of performance improvement consulting.  Dr. Addison is the recipient of many awards, including The Gilbert Distinguished Professional Achievement Award, Rummler Award from ISPI, and was selected as the B.F. Skinner Lecturer from Behavior Analysis International.  He is a frequent speaker, presenter, and has authored many articles and books, some of which will be available in our Improvement Aids section.
